@Mynymbox - Privacy friendly hosting solutions why are you blocking IP addresses when your customers try to file a ticket? And why do you do this exactly at the moment when someone clicks "Submit" and not before? (if you're already doing it). Just because someone has a VPN running? Extremely annoying, and no, I'm not going to write an email because of this.
