I have no idea... assumed it was one of those modified gifs that sneaks into the searches, usually from Reddit I think.
It does look modified now that I've watched it again but I think the note in the clip says "you". But I just "did some research" and it is in fact Derek Zoolander, but this gif is spelled wrong.
