It does look modified now that I've watched it again but I think the note in the clip says "you". But I just "did some research" and it is in fact Derek Zoolander, but this gif is spelled wrong.
Lol, it's pretty obviously modified. I guess you know that, but the way I read your reply made me lol. Like, "yes, upon close inspection, there are traces of picture adultering visible here...and here!"
