I’ve tried punching it, hard. Like, reallyyyyy punch it. Fastest I could get to was ~105-110 km/h

Well, I guess it depends on the slope. We used iphone's GPS with my buddies in Austria and did over 120 kmh and we are just advanced tourists. I then went on a steeper one alone and was faster than that.

I don't want to overlook the fact that over 100 you are asking for trouble and I could feel the adrenaline.

It was called Direttissima at Hochzeiger, track #12. It's a simple track - pretty much straight and down and gotta watch out for the end. If you picked up speed up top, you go flying in the middle, because the slope changes.
