try set your inbox relays to between 2-3 relays that have some WoT filtering going on, and it will get much better. Right now you have half of nostr's public relays in your list; that's why they keep getting a hold of you.

In Sidecar, I added a way to mute the keywords in a username, so as long as I have the dreaded “G” word on my list, everything posted by any of his profiles is filtered out.

Every social media is unserious about filtering bots. We need something that lets users tag humans they've met face-to-face and select who they trust to tag other humans

I expect to do that operation in a single client and if they are compatible to have the same experience, not to hope for luck
