I've updated both Primal and Amythest, my two daily drivers.
I have not touched my relays, yet now I have over 400 relays. I should have less than 5.
My inbox / outbox seem to be the same...
Amethyst is connecting to relays of people you follow. That's why you see such a massive increase in your relays on Amethyst. Your personal relays should be untouched and you don't really need to interact with it if you already have yours setup.
