#Wisp v0.12.0
cache, Cache, CACHE, I'm gonna step on the Cache


This update adds no new features, but might be the biggest change to Wisp yet.

Completely overhauled how we fetch from relays and how we cache and render notes.

Increased speed, especially when minimizing and reopening the app like a crackhead

Reduced download bandwidth usage by at least 95%, perhaps 99%.
