Honestly, I find it easier with just water. Usually there's no need to have electrolytes, and sometimes they make you hungry. Also, it's easier if you're in ketosis before you start the fast. Good luc...

Thanks. ๐Ÿ˜Š I used to just water but it was always rough for me around day two. Like my muscles would start to cramp. This time feels better. Iโ€™ve done lots of low carb/intermittent fasting over the last few years. So, I believe my metabolism is pretty well fat adapted.

Maximum I could do was 5 days. It gets much easier in day 3, the cravings basically disappear. Regarding preparation, nothing better than eggs and bacon to kick start the ketosis! Just don't let people prepare food nearby, smells awake the lion within ๐Ÿ˜
