What if Odysseus looked like Jason Bourne, and felt like Oppenheimer about his legacy?

I didn't not like the movie. There is a lot to like about it.
It may look like the casting is just "bring in some expensive names", but it's not, the casting is genuinely top notch. The actors are famous, but they are more than pretty faces, they are very good at what they do and they were hand-picked for the roles for good reason.
It's very impressive that the movie:
- Manages to bring personal emotional moments to millennia-old stories that we have often heard in an epic and impersonal form, and those moments feel right, they're not glued on.
- Ties in rather recent historical knowledge about the Sea People and the Bronze Age collapse.
- Manages to take a story, the morality lessons of which make no sense to the modern mind, but reframe it in a way that does, and it works.
