The information point dodges the reasonable expectation of harm. Given the history of swatting and other harassment of doxed parties on the internet, and the active harassment that lead to the notice, I think you have to be naive to argue that there is no risk of physical harm. I also think you have to be a genuinely bad person to not care about that risk even if you consider it small.
