Parchment paper mostly is made with PFAS too...like teflon!!! And it won't be marked on the packaging...

How can you tell if the parchment paper you are using is bleached or not? Nothing on the product box indicated whether it was or not. Is it just by colour? I notice some parchment is darker than others.

Aluminum in itself is not the problem. You shouldn't have acids on it and then fry/grill food. You can use aluminum foil for transport without any problems.

Number 5 every Cleaner. Replace it with Vinegar Cleaner. Just 2 Part 5% clear Vinegar on 1 Part Water that's all you need to clean nearly everything.
