I’m no expert by any means when it comes to training philosophies. I can tell you that my training plan contains less sprint / tempo workouts when I’m doing two Hyrox sessions per week. So it impacts my training negatively in regards to the anaerobic parts. On the other hand I‘m not doing any strength workouts beside my Hyrox sessions. In contrast to my last marathon preparation I’m already faster than I was ever before in this stage of my training and it feels effortless. In my case the Hyrox sessions are definitely a win for me. 👍🏽

Sounds good to me, but that doesn’t mean much. I’m in no way an expert either. Just continue then, sounds like it works really good 💪
