There’s an event coming up that I have to go to in Orange County. I saw on the guest list that a lot of people I used to hang with when I first moved to Cali will be attending.
Not all southern Ca...
Being a woman sounds hard. A lot of your value is based on your appearance which is mostly out of your control. Fwiw, I think you look great, young, and healthy. I actually hate makeup. The other day I saw my gf and she had put some creams on her face. I couldn't stand the smell and asked her if she could wash some of it off. I also don't like that oily greasy feeling from makeup. She is often surprised by how much I dislike the makeup and prefer her natural appearance more. I think she feels relieved knowing that she doesn't have to spend so much time caking up her face but I also clearly see that pressure to get dolled up. At the end of the day, confidence is going to be more attractive than anything else. If you can feel comfortable in your own skin, let go of other people's judgments (hard to do), and just be yourself, you will have a fun time and be the shining star in the room. At the end of the day, these women you are worried about are actually living a sad life. They are trying so hard to hold on to something that won't last forever. We are all going to eventually get old, wrinkly, and die. Don't sweat the small stuff :)
