That's fucked, is there anybody in your area that can clone your drive? Or another option would be to remove the discs and put them in another. In my instance every ecosystem is different so it requires different software, I know people who have done that fortunately the one time I had a problem they helped me. I can log into a customer's system and see what's happening and troubleshoot most of what is going on before I have to go out there, which is awesome and now I can even do it from my phone which is even better
