I'm literally that person. I have 2 adult children in their 20s and a 10 year old. Kajoozie is almost 5 years younger and had no kids so when I was 35, I had another kid. I'm 45 now. But I wouldn't tell my girls to have kids before like 26-28.

It's hard to time it that exactly, tho. I went for it, at 23 and no regrets, and other people were more sensible, but got into a car accident or had cancer or whatnot, and then they had 0 kids. So, there's always the risk of opportunity cost.
