The diet during the PK is not something that is meant to be continued. It's very light by design to allow your body to focus on rejuvenation, not digesting heavy food.

The goal (for me) is not to lose weight. I'm already lean and proportional. But the process of PK invariably will result in weight loss.

Building back with artisanal food from Italy will be amazing rather than relying on the nutrient-deficient food supply in the US.

Vegetarian diet, low sugar and minimal caffeine. No cheese. No eggs.


Also me: Ordering salami, pistachio cream and Parmesan from someone in my WhatsApp group who is bringing products from Italy.... coordinating a pickup for when I return home 😁
