FreeCAD has a far more intuitive approach for 3D modelling than proprietary CADs in my experience - I just haven't had much to 3D model yet.

I seriously have to clean up the mess that you made by handcuffing yourself more and more into proprietary software and SaaSS with each actions configuration?

Forgejo is a free git host which does use yaml with some compatibility with github actions; https://forgejo.org/docs/latest/user/actions/github-actions/

Codeberg is a gratis forgejo host, but the hosted version is old and important functions are broken without JavaScript.

If I am going to do a lot of such work, I would move away from actions & JavaScript degeneracy to cgit for hosting and CI via git hooks.
