This was a really good conversation. Trying to understand Simon Dixon's perspective is pretty challenging but seems worth the effort. Prof Jiang did an excellent job of finding the limits to and testing Simon's worldview. Their worldviews are compatible but different. 2 things were pointed to that will show whose perspective is right or wrong.
1) If Israel blows up the Al Aqsa mosque then Simon's view that Israel is subservient to the Financial Industrial Complex will be shown to be false and it will show that Israel is reaching for greater power and chaos than Simon is accounting for.
2) Simon claims that if the Dollar Index weakens then that shows that either Trump is subservient to the financial industrial complex or that he failed to push back against them. If the Dollar strengthens then according to Simon that would validate Prof. Jiang's belief that Trump has his own Caesar-like agenda and is not simply operating as a Financial Industrial Complex puppet/actor.
They both acknowledged that Al Aqsa was a key deciding factor. Jiang didn't acknowledge Simon's point about Trump and the DXY.
