That's correct. It's the pushout of the CO2 that enables the long retention times, and which creates more alcalinity in the bloodstream that helps so much with inflammation. O2 saturation in the blood is already at ~98% even before starting the breathwork. This video is about that you consune less o...

Observing and pondering Nostr is a constant back and forth in my mind between attempts at conceptualization and wondering if i am just fooling myself as a cope. Nostr very much resembles an eco-syste...

An indivisible part of evolution is extinction. Without numerous extinctions humans for example wouldn't even be here. The ultimate thing to ask is whether the species or ecosystems that have prevailed now are a mere stepping stone for others eventually to emerge. Or whether this is the final destination. I mean it is clear it isn't but the diversity itself is meaningful enough. Even when most of everything that now thrives will go extinct. We simply think too much. Especially of ourselves.

Finding stillness in motion is not just hard. It is actually the only way. Allowing thoughts to be. Allowing them to flow around you like water. Without leaving a mark. Simply because they don't matter. They were born and they will die. They only exist because they can't help it. Instead, pay attention to what IS. Disregard what you THINK about it

There used to be somewhere to run.
When communism closed over my country 🇨🇿, the ones who could packed a bag and left. They crossed a border, reached the free world, and started over. It was the same when Russians rolled their tanks in here in 1969. There used to be some exit. Exit was a place on a map.
Those days are over. Where can Gen Z's who can't afford houses go? West??
The same machine runs everywhere today. Money printed until your savings (if you have any) bleed out. Homes priced beyond a lifetime of wages. You cannot emigrate out of a system the entire world is running.
In France people used to riot when unhappy with the state. We can't do that we know it to be wrong. So we riot in the digital world. We MEET and LEARN and BUILD.
That is what Bitcoin is. The ever-growing community now talks about sovereignty, health, protection, no KYC, Nostr... It isn't "number go up" anymore...when I close my eyes I think this community might in the end end up being something like Asimov's second Foundation. The seed of something far bigger than we can fathom.

The Czech National Bank is quietly stacking gold and testing Bitcoin in its own reserves. Given the size of our economy, we have huuuuge reserves. Why?? We have been there. We know what it is like.

Let's learn. Let's help each other find a way out. Let's build a better world, really.

You guys have been through stuff and it shows. The grace with which you both educate but don't force is exactly how it must be done. I know what it is like to speak your deepest truth to the audience, it makes your vulnerability surface. But you do it anyways because it is the right thing to do. I feel warm in my heart that this is now what bitcoiners talk about. How quickly have the topics shifted worldwide from number go up through health and diet to consciousness..the only thing that really matters. I don't agree with the term of "raising" consciousness, it makes it feel as if one needs to get somewhere else than where they are. I would rather say something like "be more aware of what you are". Not as a unit separated from the reality, but rather as the spacious reality itself. But it is just wordplay.
Thank you for this 👌

Lukas, thank you so much. Yes - the vulnerability shows.. and we still share it. I do believe this is how people take down their guard and open their heart and mind. Thanks for being with us and watching it.

Finally set my foot in the door of mining industry. Apparently going to have to wait only for 56 billion years to get a valid block. But that's not the point. The connection itself is meaningful enough for me.

Ego is the most expensive burden a person can carry. Bitcoin is an ego test. It's a journey that comes with humility, then curiosity, then experience, then wisdom. Ego is fiat. Wisdom is proof of wo...

Ego is the illusion of feeling separated from the external world/reality. It is an absolute necessity for survival. Dissolution of ego comes into play only after one is done surviving. Only then does ego feel like a burden. Dissolution comes from an immediate experience of reality in a selfless state. It doesn't come from stacking sats. As long as one feels separate, regardless of doing selfless deeds, ego is still there. Just wrapped in a disguise.

From what we've seen, there's definitely interest. Conversations around health, wellbeing, and sovereignty seem to come up often in Bitcoin circles

Beards are great but high maintenance if they are to look good. A neglected beard looks 🫪. I have a beard simply to hide my triple chin. For real. And when it comes to the lips, one has to trim the mustache with a pair of scissors, which takes about 5 seconds, and then can keep it growing.
