That purchase you made is required to be reported to the IRS as a capital gain or loss. That to me is the reason we have limited Bitcoin commerce adoption. We need a de minimus tax exemption. @MartyBent

Loved the show guys. However, if I am buying a monthly creatine supply with bitcoin, whether by myself or through an agent, I don’t want to have to report 12 capital gains tax transactions to the IRS. Don’t we need a de minimis tax exemption before bitcoin payments become what we think they can become? @Matt Corallo

I really never understood why one would buy MSTR instead of bitcoin. But now perhaps worth it with the company worth less than the bitcoin it holds.
