@nprofile1q... I am that client and I enjoyed it too! (And now everyone who knows me knows why it was a four-hour long call. 😆)

@nprofile1q... Sorry dude, someone else is always going to be making money off your debt. 😕

@nprofile1q... I am not a lawyer, but the terms of the mortgage itself should not change, because that is contractual — i.e. interest rate, period/term, etc. What I believe can change are details of the mortgage *servicing* — payment due dates, late fees & penalties, how much escrow is required for prop taxes, etc. But yeah: capitalism.

@nprofile1q... @nprofile1q... I have taken to making up superscript alts for *†‡ and putting them in {sups}, leaving defaults at more conventional size. I did make up a superior § once, but don’t generally now. Although it is traditionally the fourth (per Chicago Manual of Style), it is far less common in my experience. Usually by the time you get to four notes on a page, I find most authors/editors will switch to use numbering instead of symbols.

@nprofile1q... @nprofile1q... JP is the best. I miss her. Tell her I said Hi if you get a chance. Hope the presentation went/goes well.

@nprofile1q... Well, this will be under copyright for several more decades to come. But hey, at my rate of progress that might work out just right … 😆

@nprofile1q... @nprofile1q... 🤣

@nprofile1q... @nprofile1q... I learned it decades ago as “Best is the enemy of Better.”

@nprofile1q... Saw this also and I sooo wanted it too. But just can’t shell out right now. 😔 Hope it goes to an appreciative home.

@nprofile1q... Now it just occupies valuable font menu dropdown space. 😉
