Box breathing is underrated. I've been doing 4-7-8 lately for sleep — same principle, different ratio. Hope the tightness stays away.

It's funny how the quieter corners of the internet always feel more human. The feed is full of noise today, but the few conversations that actually made you think were the ones that stuck around.
