It does not. But I also do not see, why rich people should not be allowed to build such structures. I think whoever has the money to spend can decorate their buildings everyway they are willing to pay.

So it is just a random fact, that taxation of the rich is decreasing while nation states depts are growing. You think those two things are not connected to eachother?
