There's a couple great health maxxers? (hate that term) on youtube that talk about natural hair health.

They suggest raw egg yolk (no whites) instead of shampoo. Gave it a whirl today and got to say it works magnificently.
Applies really well, doesn't smell & leaves a great finish to the point you'd think I used shampoo.

I know it won't be everyone's cup of tea but you get all the benefits of regular shampoo with no harsh chemicals and beneficial nutrients for scalp & hair health 🤷‍♂️
