The tone is less inflammatory and includes an apology:

»I’ve been attacked so much the past few days; the most vicious, personal, hateful words poisoned my brain, and the original version of this post was mean. I am so sorry.«

The apology however does not include the shenanigans about the login checkbox, hostile ACF takeover, blocking people on Slack and so on.

It's 2024. The block editor is in core. It's good. Most people will *not* need a pagebuilder.

That's Gutenberg Phase 1.
Still being polished, but basically done.

Phase 2 is about customizing the whole site without touching code (aka Full Site Editing). To achieve this block themes were invented, and they are customized with the Site Editor (and not with a Customizer).

It’s a learning curve and the site editor is not the best user experience yet, but it's getting there.

I'm loving it.
