Network effect. Yes, you do have to bring in normies. Otherwise, what's nostr for? You can already create a website that no one knows about and say anything you want on it. You already have free speech in the places on the Internet that nobody visits. The whole point is to have free speech in the town square. Nostr has to become the town square.

It's the everything app. Everything you do on the Internet, you do through nostr. You can comment on any website / news / video / forum.
