Okay, #NetBSD on main computo, attempt no 2. I was able to get 1920x1080 resolution thanks to wsfb and gop. I need to accept that fetchmail is not going to work, but I would like to ask for your help....

No reason for fetchmail to not work. Its supplied as a pre-built binary package, so must have been tested.

On a local machine, with a GUI Desktop, just use Thunderbird with its filters and archive option for select messages. Also see the option Message Synchronizing to keep copies of ALL mail local.

CBC News last years had a piece about changing surge protected bar/multi plugs every three or four years. That they have a limited life span or MTF. I bought two replacements as a result and wrote the month year on their rears when I bought them. If you have power bars over 5 years, consider updating.

NetBSD needs some love. You've done OpenBSD, several FreeBSD, but no NetBSD. When does NetBSD get something more than passing footnote beyond "it runs NetBSD too".
