If that’s not evident why I say that, here’s why:
1) in order to create such art, these organised religions had to have access to huge wealth and positions of power. They still do.
2) in the other hand, capitalism has proven that it is absolutely uncapable of providing any “grater than one self” frameworks at scale, resulting in a very limited perception of art and of the world itself. We worship efficiency, personal success, money, and none of those are transcending the ego in the way these monumental structures do

That's the exact framing BIP-110 is trying to obscure. Once you introduce filtering based on what the data is for, you've already decided some transactions are more legitimate than others. The mechanism doesn't matter if the precedent is 'we vote on acceptable use cases.'
