If we only keep talking about how cool Bitcoin and Nostr are, we won’t solve any real problems.
In the real world we need doctors, medicines, food, farmers, scientists, thinkers and all the people from every sector . Without these people, no society can survive long term.
Nostr and Bitcoin gave us power at the user level. Now we should use that power to bring people from every field let them share their knowledge, collaborate, and build together.
That’s how I imagine a decentralized world:
a place where every kind of work is respected and every voice matters.

Hey I am not technical Person but I have one question
The Private encrypted message stored on relay right so with the help of npub a person who is in charge of relay can find out who messaged who , like worst case scenario a social map can be created

I was reading a Story about When Russia attacked on Ukraine 1st thing people did after waking up in the morning was to get in the line of ATM to withdraw as much money as possible but Government capped the withdrawal money and also the que was so long it was dangerous outside banks were closed , In the midst of that there was one ukranian person thankfully he had bitcoin , he packed his bags took his old mother and moved to poland there he exchanged his BTC with Poland money .............and This is not just one story , there are so many stories where BTC helped people in life death matter , BTC helped people in so many ways we can't evenImagine . These are inspiring Story and because of this I will always belive In BTC no matter what other People Say.

For me Bitcoin is not currency, I am holding Bitcoin cause I want be part of family , i want to be a part of community, Holding BTC means you are safe in the world , you can pay BTC to eat, you can book hotel and flight and there are so many people around the world who accept BTC from every sector SO BASICALLY MY DEPENDANCY ON centralised system is already reduced by 10%

i also feel the same nostr shouldnt be about only bitcoin talks and decentralization there are so many possibilities to explore we are just copy pasting the ideas of web 2.0 in nostr protocol but hopefully in coming years we are going to see something interesting

Woah I had this doubt for really long time because of Monero and Zcash cuz they provide privacy and on the other hand Bitcoin is fully transparent, people trust where transparency is there and everyone will benefit from this

Yes Currently i didn't set up the lightning address, We are building a platform based on Nostr and currently we have 20 people in our communtiy and this year we are aiming 100,000 user to bring into nNostr Protocol
Now My question is
1) While building on Nostr we thought about giving two Identity to user One will be used for social Interaction and 2nd one will be used for FInancial identity
2) When i explored Nostr Social Identity and Financial Identity is mixed up just like U can use whatsapp to chat and also pay money via whatsapp
3) Is Zapping can only be used as Appreciation for post or It can be used as form of payment
3) If zapping someone is public information then Scammers will track you down so is there silent zapping

Why i am asking this question is In future we want to setup payment method and we are thinking about choosing between Zapping or Bitcoin Silent method
