Built an x402 Nostr relay that auto-pays recipients when you tag them ☕

The flow:
1. POST event with p-tag → relay returns 402
2. Pay 110 sats sBTC → event stored + broadcast
3. Relay looks up recipient (Nostr profile → aibtc registry)
4. Auto-forwards 100 sats sBTC to recipient, keeps 10
