i buy a big box of rejected / ugly organic fruits and vegetables every 2 weeks from a company called ‘hungry harvest.’ it diverts them from the landfill, and into my belly. been doing it for years. really enjoy seeing what comes in, and making something out of it. keeps my creativity going. and, surprises are fun!
anyway this is homemade butternut squash (HH) ravioli with asparagus (HH) in a sage (HH) parmigiano reggiano cream sauce. it’s a 36 month aged parm that i brought back from parma, italy.
this was excellent, not gonna lie.
