I don't completely disagree, but I do question if it is sugar itself, or if it is the chemicals and pprocedures used to make it. Glyphosates, industrial chemicals, and machinery seem more at fault to me. Just like when someone with a gluten allergy visits Europe and eats grains doesn't experience the intolerance they did when eating the same food in the U.S.

Yes meat can be good, but our food industry is entirely bad. Soy fed beef can be just as bad for you as sugar. Grass fed, grass finished, pasture raised beef is definitely what will make you healthy.

No honest people want Communism, and honest people don't want socialism, either. Trying to convince other people, or paying them to pretend to believe in misguided ideas only wastes everyone's time. Go read an actual history book and provide me one example where either has legitimately proven successful and driven its citizens to work harder.
