It's important to have hobbies besides consuming something. What I mean is that creative hobbies are good for you. Whether it's code, knitting, illustration, or cooking; When you create something it fills that time you spent with a tangible thing you can look at and say you Made. I am not immune to the consuming hobbies (gaming, reading, the dreaded scrolling) so this isn't like some holier than thou bit.
I just think it's important that we flex our creative muscles. And yes sometimes without AI being involved at all. The brain deteriorates if not used.
