Might be, also I couldn't find a electrolyte balance. I worked out alot and used sauna. Despite electrolyte supplementing and generous salting of foods didn't sort it out. Maybe digestion problems were caused by this. You don't hold onto electrolytes on carnivore diet.

GM Isa, well I can tell you that carnivore didn't work for me. Tried for like 12-16 weeks. Digestion problems, indigestion, burbing, heartburn, constipation. Dont know what went wrong there. Before that I was mainly keto. Everything was fine on keto. Nowdays I eat a lot of carbs, potatoes, vegetables, honey etc. Digestion has improved a lot.

I have talked with chatgpt about that problem. Technology and free market creating deflation. Making prices cheaper for consumers. And same time having inflationary monetary policy. Interesting conversations.
