The cell browsing with silent link is so bad that you can’t even receive a text message to activate signal messenger. They (silent link) explicitly admit/address this on their website.
Data works, not great, but calls and texts are basically out of the question. I loved the concept and bought two silent link numbers, but the phone with silent link was below the threshold of useful/usable for me.

According to the internet, the exchange rate in Argentina is about 350 pesos to the dollar at the moment. But my friend in Buenos Aires tells me that the rate on the street, the real rate, is closer to 750 pesos to the dollar.

What’s your favorite job you ever had?
I’m trying to position myself to be one of those people doing ignoble work for high salary. I’m not there yet. But I see the path. I estimate that I will only gross about $25K-$35K this year. Not great. But I think that I can get that number well over $100K just doing farm kill work…if I level up my game.
The main thing is, I’m the only person who does my work around here, and it’s in demand. If I work hard and get connected in the market, I know my demand will be infinite. But I need to hone my skill. It takes me 4 hours to do a cow by myself, from the kill to hanging it in a walk-in cooler. I need to get that down to 30-45 minutes.

I am under the impression that the Fed is stuck in an impossible position and no matter what they do inflation will continue to rise.

Good one, Marty. Well formulated thoughts. I think your assessment is spot on. Inflation is going to continue to rise no matter what jpow and the fed do along the way. We’re way in over our heads already and there’s a tsunami of entitlement debt coming year after year. I don’t see us coming out of this one like we have in the past, when economic crises hit, had an impact on markets and society and then we moved back into a state of relative normalcy - where things were more or less as they were before. It doesn’t feel like we’re going back this time.
