You say this in a way that implies it was a dilutive acquisition, which to my knowledge has never happened before.
Also, how did he pay so much? Was price even that high when he would have bought?
Interesting thing I learned from the earnings call. The only dilutive acquisition they’ve made was when they bought dollars for the dividend reserve for the prefs.
