I'm writing something about spells and I just recalled one of the coolest moments from that one time I ran #DnD. In generwl awful campaign on both gaming and social levels. But once in combat I narrated enemy psionic spiders started making a sound and then the bard player yelled "countersong!" to negate the effect and later told me it was his first time he used it and it worked and he felt cool. Fun moment.

I did a thing. Very niche thing but still. Also in draft stage. #BandOfBlades

@nprofile1q... this you?

sitting in a bar near a zoo and the smell of animal shit is weirdly grounding

for one thing I love internet because I need to research just a tiny bit of information about musical instruments to my newest never-to-be-finished RPG project and I can do it immediately. But I also hate it because of how distracting it is, just being next to the device is like this tiny black hole pulling you lightly but constantly to it

and that, children, is the best "random encounter table" I've seen in years #TheOnion

I try to enroll my RPG players into #Diplomacy because I really like it and haven't played since university.

Due to dice.camp money and data situation I wanted to check my posts deletion setting and they were quite generous. I went through my post history and it was mostly just one-off funny at that time posts or ramblings that got attention of two people. So I set up stricter rules.

But also I realised that anything I write here is very temporary. And all of the stuff I "leave behind" is my blog. Which makes sense but also shows how luckluster I am when it comes to my online presence. Huh

blogging update

considering for my group it takes six sessions of #BarkeepOnTheBorderlands to get to first half of first day (out of six!) I need to adjust my predictions. People said it takes around eight sessions for the whole adventure!

I guess our #BandOfBlades will take more than predicted 12-16.
