If you're saying they provide free things and that's insane, think about who gets bailed out, subsidies, tariff returns, tax advantages, etc.
One preferred group gets a lot more handouts than the other. It's just not seen that way.
Overall, handouts may be bad policy for some, but if it's between giving defense contractors that can't pass an audit handouts vs people, it's an easy choice. π€

What would make you think she βwouldβ print money? Republicans are pro spending, pro debt, and pro bailing out capitalism.
Because she subscribes to Modern Monetary Theory and that theory is okay with it. Yes, most elected Republicans aren't actually conservative with money.

I think she's a great person, but she will create money if needed. She would try the first things you mentioned but she is not opposed to creating it. Hopefully, there's a change on the progressive left that becomes pro hard money or bitcoin standard.
Recent history has shown the left has balanced budgets better than the right, so using a hard money would be even better.
