Neat! https://blossom.primal.net/60554576d436cb6d8435322581ad37ec38f8cd6d88535d3518925659aae4fbf0.png So it's "single channel" and not like a full-on community messenger - more like IRC? I saw that it sent an event with `/join` x)

No, it would be a waste of time because each relay might have a completely different form, it might require some weird form of login before a group is created, it might only allow forms to be created in a full moon etc. That's what I want and expect, at least. But groups.fiatjaf.com is an old aban...

I don't know, it looks like the nostrconnect:// URI is still missing the "secret" parameter, and now the bunker:// isn't working either (it loads forever, apparently doesn't try to contact the bunker) so I couldn't try.

This is beautiful, I like it a lot.

I don't know. I think we shouldn't have to join them, but if we want them to be "independent" then maybe we'll have to. Wait, I think the solution is to have a soft agreement to always have these groups as "unrestricted" (i.e. to not have the "restricted" tag in them), which is the default for when...

That sounds ok to me, although what happens if a group doesn't have such tag? Should it be considered a parent by default? In that case we don't need that tag for parents. Now what if someone does a ...

Yes, the root groups remain the same without the "parent" tag, it should only exist in the sub-groups, it may be interesting to use a "depth" tag to know the level of the group in the structure:

Root Group (depth = 1)
"tags": [
["d", "tech"],
["name", "Tech"],
["depth", "1"],
]

Subgroup (depth = 2)
"tags": [
["d", "nostr"],
["name", "Nostr"],
["parent", "tech"],
["depth", "2"],
]

Sub-subgroup (depth = 3)
"tags": [
["d", "nip29"],
["name", "NIP-29"],
["parent", "nostr"],
["depth", "3"],
]
