Das Rauschen der Wellen ist unser Wecker, Sonnenuntergänge sind unser Alltag. Jeder Tag bringt neue Orte, neue Begegnungen und das Gefühl, wirklich frei zu sein.

Nach 3-5 Tagen sollte das schön brodeln. wenn du Weizenmehl verwendest. Kannst du aber auch mit Dinkel züchten. Beim Brotbacken dann immer 100g abnehmen für die nächste Woche. Wenn im Kühlschrank und jede Woche gefüttert wird hält der sich ewig. Oder Frosten dann ca 1Jahr.

Um 8 Uhr ist noch niemand da. Das Meer macht sein Ding, ich mach meins. Irgendwo hinter mir wird gerade Kaffee gekocht, aber ich geh erst zurück wenn die erste Welle über meine Füße läuft.

# Altes Moped 🏍 alter Mann

Er kennt jeden Weg zum Strand auswendig. Das Moped braucht keinen GPS, er auch nicht. Irgendwann wird man so ein Teil der Küste, dass das Meer einen schon riecht bevor man ankommt.
