You do have a point. After I wrote my comment I looked into propaganda some more. Just for the fun if it. Someone who doesn't seem to be fond of Banksy's work wrote this:

But it is what the masses wants and if nothing else he is exceptionally CLEAR. You know exactly what he means at a glance. I can appreciate that.
