Its a whole day gone. What I do is go with someone and have a treat in there somewhere. I used to go walking at a local state park with my mom in the morning and then we would shop together. Or with my husband and we would get our favorite treats to devour in the car. Or in college go with friends or random people at college who needed a ride. At least you'll be surrounded by your people.
