Our community and alumni continue to bring freedom tech and innovative ideas to existence, resulting in VPNs, wallets, and multi-million dollar projects. In 2023, we witnessed huge growth with 1,908 new makers joining
@BOLT🔩FUN , contributing to 281 new projects, and sharing 871 stories. Makers also posted 372 progress reports, showcasing exceptional productivity!
🎓 BOLT.FUN Alumni achieved remarkable success, with projects like
#LN_VPN #OrdinalsBot generating $2 million in revenue.
@Get10101 and
@Alby received funding, won prizes, and ventured into Bitcoin full-time. Most recently,
@OpenSecret secured $300k in funding and they are now available on iOS and Android!
@Carman said “Without BOLT.FUN, Mutiny might still be just an idea.”
💰 Securing $87,000 from
@OKX and having
#FulgurVentures as sponsors was a significant achievement. This funding has been crucial in sustaining our team and testing out innovative tournament models.
💻 Platform enhancements in 2023 included revamped Nostr Comments, email notifications, email sign-ins via OTP, a new Badges system, an Admin Dashboard, and open-sourcing our Tournament Playbook.
