I am a Compulsive Gambler and former professional poker player online since I lost all my teeth to bad mental health. Gamble free since 2017. A few months later found bitcoin, then I purchased some satoshi in 2018. Did a 180, got rid of everthing from the gambling days. Now using linux, skincare, niche fragrances, wet shaving, better fitting clothes, carnivore, metal genre \m/ and running. Bitcoin saved my life and I'm Bitcoin only.

My latest dentist appointment on the road to full dentures was yesterday.

Had the roof of the dentures, but wax in place of teeth.

Did a few adjustments.

Sending back my cast and the wax bit.

Next appointment full dentures will be ready, but still in adjustment stage.

Coming to the end, full circle.

Over the last three weeks I've had stomach issues due to eating carbs and sugar. Affected me on my runs.

Decided after all this on the eve of changing to Carnivore, that I will now switch to Strict Carnivore.

Big weekend, away playing poker all weekend.

Taking electrolytes and bone broth powder with me. Forgot my beef biltong snacks, in a rush this mornings.

Taking my full running gear + vest with me.

Not skipping my two long runs of the week.

Mapped out the two routes, pan flat to get the kilometres in.

Jumping from 15km trail race into 46km trail race 4 weeks difference.

I ran 48km two weeks ago, so I'm almost ready for it.

Sundays long run will be 20km - longest I've ran.

Will build up to 30-35km for a like ng run, and the weekly total will be around 60km.

The 46km race is end of September.
15 weeks to go.
Been in training for 5 weeks already.
