I left SA over 14 years ago. I've been back 3 times. This last visit a few months back really schocked me. Its a ghost of its former self. I'd love nothing better than to live there again. I just couldn't put my child there though. Fuckin sad for me and the whole country.

That sucks man. I've struggled with that too. Try non sleep deep rest (NSDR). Hubermann has a 10 minute one up on YT. If it doesn't help you sleep it will at least equal the benefits of 30 minutes sleep.
