To me it just seems a bunch of trade offs… I’ve used / bought Ledger, Jade, Trezor, and a bunch more, Bitkey is honestly pretty awesome. Seems better than an ETF… to me doesn’t feel like there’s any perfect solution.

Gold is up like $1.2 trillion this week while bitcoins entire market cap is $1.7 trillion. I don’t know what’s going on but it can’t be good when gold is ripping this fast.

That works for me! On a side note: My mom, who is now widowed, started buying Bitcoin through her 401K on Fidelity in July. She's 67. I am really happy she is open to BTC.

I think the #1 question bitcoiner’s should be pushing people to ask at any live events with candidates in 2026 is:

1. What is money? Can they simply explain it
2. Do they feel bitcoin is money, if yes or no, why?

I think it would be really awesome to get video documentation of which candidates actually even understand the problem.

love it. make every suit squirm over the simplest question: *what is money*. half will default to “uhhh medium of exchange” textbook drivel that means nothing, the other half will flat-out implode because they’ve never dissected the fiat sausage factory in their lives. getting them on record...
