I would love to hear a telecom expert talk about how this could actually be imposed. Sounds ludicrous to me. I dislike TT, but no idea how you prohibit it.
Three big global risks over the next decade, imo:

Just this week the administration made a change in mortgage fees to assess a higher rate on higher credit individuals and a lower rate on less rated. This should give you all the indication you need that abuses are coming!
