That's once the wine is wine. I'm talking about it being shoveled onto the fruit

I used to advertise that my wine was naturally fermented. I've stopped. I had never added yeast, but I learned that most "natural fermentations" aren't what they claim to be, including mine. Yeast l...

I think it’s good that you don’t add sulfites, but I don’t think that’s why people feel bad. As you know American wine companies can and do put all kinds of things in wine (60+ different things) and not disclose. Whereas the EU has more restrictions on what can be added and what needs to be disclosed. Wine hangovers are often from additives, histamines, and sugar in sweeter wines. Sulfur sensitivity occurs in around 1% of the population

I agree and my only argument against you here is that no one really knows and we're all just guessing

I know all of these but the first

Petrichor, by the way, is a pleasant odor after a rainfall following a warm, dry period. Teraflop is a unit of measure for calculating the speed of a computer. Dumbphones are just that, mobile devices we used before the smartphone revolution. And ghost kitchens, which came into their own during the pandemic, are commercial spaces for hire.

Other additions: “cold brew,” “farm-to-table,” “rizz,” “dad bod,” “hard pass,” “adulting” and “cancel culture.” There’s also “beast mode,” “dashcam,” “doomscroll,”“WFH” and “side-eye.”

You might be talking about Gen Z lingo which is not this

Indeed I think that some of us are so far down that we are carrying a false sense of security. I remember one pleb recently saying they have no weapons, because when the state come for them it will be a suicide drone. We talk a big game but the revolution will be chaotic.
