Only psychopaths can just move on ignoring loss, escaping grief & regret.. my condolences you are a compassionate person with healthy love & respect for yourself and well being.. psycho is easier except for those around them.. life is a long journey and you fought your way out of a terrible trap but the battles of body and soul are with us forever in different ways over time the trick is to find the ways the burdens & negatives can be a part of our lives not what defines us.. far easier said than done we all have chapters that are like fighting quicksand but what has helped me most when things are darkest is the Serenity Prayer and learning to let the things I cannot change have some piece of my days not rob me of too much I can control. It took a half century of drama and trauma to find serenity be smarter than me try to get there by forty.. every possibility is ahead lessons behind.

Made me curious and I will check it out to try to verify Flock distribution but I do know that stretch from Columbus Circle 57th to Central Park North 110th is fully covered with NYPD/DHS surveillance systems and building security cameras that cover doorways and sidewalks.. all subway stations plus some trains & most busses have live feeds.. good mission since surveillance cameras has been a focus of pics since shortly after 9-11... fun walking tour adventure!!

In my view NYC trivia feet in the street experience that picture is from well after March 15th.. we had shutdown called just before St. Patrick's Day Parade and no flippin chance Times Square was lockdown empty before official two weeks to flatten the curve & even at our most vacant it took patience to get a shot like that with pedestrian free sidewalks.. we'd need to see image metadata to verify but safe bet that's weeks beyond Chinese New Year.
