I dont understand the argument that Bitcoin is captured. If bip-110 had 15% nodes of the network forcing soft fork on mining pool and the rest was not runing nodes that where forcing bip-110. How is that showing that, bitcoin is captured by centelized mining pools who decide what for get green light? If 85% of the Network didnt run bip-110 it seems to me like consensus working the way it was designed. Plese explain me if my understanding is not correct.

The problem is We dont really know.
We have no way of verifying percentages of real nodes on either sides. If BIP -110 was nothing burger why there was so much push back- even michael saylor was writings comments about being against bip-110.

Thats the issue i have with Bitcoin community. No one is talking about governments all over the world going into total surveillance mode. Forcing Digital ID to access Internet,our medical papers , driving licenses ,banking system building fudation for cbdc thwt will be connected to digital ID, US building camersa all over the ppace with face recognition and AI algorithm -we are stepping into the most horrifying dystopian total control future. While bip -110 soft fork is important, how can we use bitcoin in the first place after all those government surveillance implementation?
