@nprofile1q... I have one approaching its failover point. It's going to get used on high flow for a particularly "dispose after" job and then changed out.

@nprofile1q... One of the upsides of HEPA is they're supposed to 'fail closed', ie. it never lets dirt through more it just eventually lets air through less. Which means what you're looking for is the monetary sweet spot on power usage to airflow ratio within adequate airflow for room air changes range. In my anecdotal experience, the airflow drop and the looking a bit past ucky coincide except under weird dust conditions. However, I also find the side benefits of things like carbon prefilters fall off faster. I've almost always, when I finally changed filters, felt I could beneficially have done so sooner.

Writing more about information and security generally is on my todo. I'm realizing my perspective is, at the least, grounded in different needs than the mainstream, so may be worth the time at keys to explicate.

@nprofile1q... People were cheering work from home and now cheer return to office just because it's sticking it to the... machine. I can't even. There have to be truths that aren't reactionary and don't disappear because a new annoyance has focus.

@nprofile1q... How did you find a ferry that was running? I looked for a crossing into Montenegro recently and half the ferry websites wouldn't load and the rest insisted nothing was running.
